Remote Client Helper
The following links help us to remotely support our client's IT systems. A typical scenerio would be when we need to help a client configure an application or just to be able to show them how to perform some IT process. It requires no prior setup at the client's site. Bill, Jim or John might direct you to this page so that they can gain access to your computer remotely. Currently only supports Windows computers.
